Philosophy:

The concept of “keeping the balance” which we’ve developed is our main stream and invites all that breaths to be conscious and have concern for all that is leaving. This concept calls for especially all human beings to be very human in their thinking, action, and words. “Positive thinking” and non violent communication constitutes the arms and spirit of our group. We must work hard in order to balance the equilibrium between our lives and God, soil and nature, and humanity. There is a striving relationship in all of God’s creation; that is why there must exist a harmonious relationship between God, human beings, nature, and soil. The absence of this kind of relation with all the four elements above has placed us in a very difficult situation, which is conflict, both internal and external. This is why all of our projects are based on peace building, thus we have to keep the balance and achieve peace from the soil.
